Working out from home or office offers flexibility, convenience, and time savings. You can exercise on your own schedule, skip the commute to the gym, and avoid the need for expensive equipment. With a variety of bodyweight exercises, you can effectively boost cardiovascular health, build strength, and improve mental focus—all from the comfort of your own space.
Training at the park or in nature offers a refreshing change from indoor workouts, boosting both your physical and mental well-being. Surrounded by fresh air, greenery, and open space, you’ll feel more energized and connected to your environment. Natural settings can enhance focus, reduce stress, and make your workout feel more enjoyable and invigorating.
My MMA-inspired workouts blend Kickboxing, Martial Arts, and bodyweight exercises for an intense, scalable challenge. Structured around “Fighting Rounds,” they boost fitness, mental awareness, and reduce stress.
Physical activity, in short bursts, releases endorphins, which help reduce stress and improve mood.
My expertise lies in crafting workouts that strike the perfect balance of intensity, creating a challenging yet progressive experience. I ensure each session is tailored to your goals, allowing you to track your progress and achieve measurable success
I began my martial arts journey in 1985, driven by a deep sense of responsibility and resilience. Growing up, I faced the challenge of being different in a time when understanding and compassion were often lacking. My brother, who had Down syndrome, was frequently bullied, and I found myself in many confrontations defending him.
The challenges I faced growing up fueled my determination to train and improve my skills. I first turned to Shitō-ryū Karate to protect my brother, but over time, I realized that martial arts offered me much more—it became a source of strength, discipline, and personal growth.
Throughout the years, I’ve expanded my training to include Boxing, Aikido, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I’ve had the privilege of learning from some incredible teachers, including Jeff Hughes, Carlos Machado, Kenny Johnson, John Hackleman, Glover Teixeira, and Roberto “Ruba” Ruvaldino.
For a few years, I ran my own martial arts academy, which unfortunately had to close due to COVID-19 restrictions. Despite this, I continue my journey in martial arts and am proud to hold a Black Belt in Iron Mantis Martial Arts.
